KARACHI, June 10:
The Karachi Electric Supply Company has expressed great dismay over the administration’s silent spectator’s role when the armed miscreants have taken illegal possession of KESC’s operational nerve centre LDC and other important offices despite imposition of section 144 and clear directives of Sindh High Court.
The KESC believes that the Government needs to enforce law and the superior courts’ judgments and get all KESC offices reopened immediately at all costs.
The armed hooligans are keeping the night shift employees as hostages inside the KESC head offices. Senior management and other staff have been forcefully stopped from entering their places of work at head offices, State Life Building and all the major offices and installations. The government has been avoiding playing its legal role to support the public service power utility to perform its responsibilities in a peaceful and tension free manner.
The miscreants have laid seige at the Load Dispatch Centre (LDC) of the KESC which is the most sensitive nerve centre of electricity distribution system for the whole City. Any mishandling of the LDC could result ian grave consequences. The Government needs to use force to remove the miscreants from these offices immediately.
The Sindh High Court has issued orders to the administration and police and rangers to keep the KESC offices and installation safely protected from the union agitation and protest demonstrations but these orders are being blatantly violated by the miscreants and the administration and law enforcement agencies have not been taking any action. The apex court has also issued contempt notices to union for violating its orders.
The KESC demands that the Government fulfill its constitutional and legal responsibilities to get the utility’s offices vacated from the illegal control of union miscreants and allow the management and employees to work.

Fake Characters of a True Story:

Hiring Manager: Fahad (A liberal mind-set individual working for this organization)
HR Personnel: Anum (Recently joined as HR Executive in this organization)
Organization: A leading software house of Pakistan, currently doing projects with Local and International Agencies
Story: Saira applied for that company and got an interview call from that organization. She was interviewed by the technical managers and found to be qualified for the opening she applied. It was then asked from HR Team to process her appointment that was bound with a clause. Anum was asked to inquire Saira if she can remove Hijab or otherwise they cannot offer her a job. Anum refused to ask such a question and so as Saira’s appointnment.
- Isn’t it a right of women to wear hijab and practice religion when she is at work ?
- Why Women Activists are only found where there are discussions about the liberty of women ?
- Why can’t I see anyone stand by those women who are not being accepted when practicing their religion ?
- Why our Women Right activists do not criticize these kind of sick minded literates ?
I won’t be able to find answers of these questions because most probably we don’t even know what are the right of a Women . No wonder, Islam is the only religion that realizes the importance of a women. I wish and hope our so called women rights activists, realize the same and promote the actual rights of Women.
In the near past, a sequence of incidents have brutally affected every single Pakistani. We experienced a plane crash that is yet to be investigated. We were hit by a massive flood. Northen part of the country has already experienced 2 minor quakes. A group of people found guilty in the killing of two innocents boys of Sialkot. Bomb Blasts at Data Darbar and Abdullah Shah Ghazi. Our so called elected MPAs and MNAs are found to be ineligible due to their fake degrees.
But wait… what all this has changed in us ???
Why the heck I am listing all these incidents that are not just natural disasters. Regardless of the fact that we have already been hit by an Azaab-e-Ilaahi (so called natural disaster) we are back to evilish acts. For heaven’s sake, flood victims do not have any thing to do with your concerts/carnivals and marrathons. They need your support and not your dance parties on the name of fund raising. Why don’t we realize that we are responsible for these events.
There were incidents reported for the forced collection of Eidi by Police from the citizens. Inspite of realizing the span of the disaster our political leaders are busy collecting the aid to re-sell it. Instead of contributing for the flood victims, our politicians are having lavish dinners for the Angelina Julie. The sad part is that they are the ones we have elected. Shame on us because we brought them to their positions. Yes, we brought them by giving votes to them or by not giving vote against them.
Those who did not cast their vote are equally responsible of bringing them to the Assembly. At times, when you are attempting a question in exam, you don’t really find the best answer out of 5. But for the sake of attempting, you do choose the least bad answer. Please do not keep your votes uncasted. Your sigle vote can bring alot of change to this homeland.
All my fellows, friends and well wishers. Spread the right word by the word of mouth, your blogs, and by any social media you can. We must bring this change among us. We must get-back-2-track for the sake of this country. May Allah help us.

Congratulations to CIO Pakistan, Google Pakistan for arranging the 1st Annual Pakistan Blog Awards and then feeling bad for the winners for getting it without doing any thing!
It started well, when bloggers started appealing some attention of the world, to showcase their blogs. Then CIO Pakistan and Google Pakistan took an initiative of Blog Awards. Nominations were done by themselves or by their reading fans (who in the world have nothing else to do except this)
Lets go through critics on some of the winners who were not at all deserving people for such awards:

Awww, How CIO can forget the bestest Member. How funny to see that CIO being organizer awarding its own Member… lol… Shame on You CIO!!
I didn’t comment on the ones that i found to be appropriate and where luckily the arrow of CIO got a bit accurate. CIO must be ashamed of what ever have they done.
All bloggers someway or the other condemn the acts of Governmental Bodies including President by claiming that incompitent people have been appointed just to be generous and by awarding ministries to their beloved friends. They have been raising their voice through their platform in order to bring awareness so that such activities could be avoided in future.
I feel sorry for all the bloggers to be associated with so much biased/unprofessional blog awards. They were completely biased .. Improfessional .. Generous enough to be award to their beloved friends .. Just like our government does that
This is Big Shame to CIO … you just lost your credibility!!
This is a request to all the bloggers. Self evaluate your self because a person never lie to himself. Stay away from people with biased mentality. Stop being favourite of any organization. Beleive in your self identity and not by associating with such organizations. Spread a good cause. Spread it independently with your best knowledge without having any biasness. We need to get things rectified for the sake of this country. Be honest to this world and to your self.
With such attributes together, we can bring alot of change to the best of part of this world… The Land of Pure, Pakistan!
Somebody just shared the following post on the facebook.
I couldn’t stop myself clarifying this as per my little experience. This is indeed very depressing but things aren’t similar to what has been shown in that post.
I have been into the e-payment industry for about 3 years now which is being regulated by a dedicated E-Banking Team of State Bank of Pakistan(SBP). SBP, being one of the best and strict regulatory body of the world, keeps a very strong eye on these financial institutes.
I won’t disclose the names but yes, AML has been working with different financial institutes to incorporate processes that can eliminate the money laundering activities. SBP has been quite vigilant about the movement of funds and has been working with AML to avoid fraudulent transactions.
A country where almost all famous intl. payment services (like paypal) are avoiding to serve. This could be another discriminative step by US Govt as currently a great deal of freelancers were accepting through payoneer card. This would affect masses and eventually benefit the other freelancers in this region including India & Bangladesh.
Instead of protesting against the current govt. raise your voice to bycott American influence and their products. Hit them the way they are hitting us! They aren’t our friends neither can think good for us!
This is just an eye-opener.
I am really sorry for not updating my blog for quite long due to some new things happened in my life. =)
It wasn’t something bad but it happened to be quite hectic somehow. Starting with the job switching, I have resigned from TPS Pakistan and joined Telenor Pakistan in the EasyPaisa Team..
Last day at TPS was followed by the final exams of my MBA (2nd Semester). Yeah, I have suspended my MBA so far…. and probably going to continue it in Islamabad , and yes again… I have relocated to Islamabad for my new Job
So all that scene with last days at TPS, final exams, shopping and packing for relocating to Isb.. really made it hectic for me. Alhumdulillah its been almost a month at the new job and everything seems so good. After all there is no John =P and nor his companions. Yayyy!!
I was here in Karachi for spending the long weekend and going to fly back tonight!! That’s all from my end till now. My next pending task is the update of Hall of Shame and another post about *****… lol
I hope everyone is doing fine in this cyberspace.
Many of us have already shared their thoughts of the recent victory of Pakistan. It was a memorable win by Pakistani Cricket Team against Srilanka which is yet another Asian Team, making it very clear around the globe that Asians are too good at this kind of cricket. (including the last world cup b/w Pakistan n India)
Afridi, Gul, Kamran, Abdul Razzaq, Saeed Ajmal are all the names that really come with the best of their performances and eventually bringing the World Cup to their homes. It was totaly different experience watching this Final Match at a BIG SCREEN at Carlton Hotel, courtesy of my friend at Geo TV. Wide Screen, Sound System, Crowd and the Evironment, all perfect for watching this Final Match. People after the match were too damn too excited and happy about the victory. It was good to see Karachites out of their homes, roaming around the city with literally no threat in their minds.
Celebrations like these show as how united and peaceful we are Alhumdulillah. Its just that a few blacksheeps have been creating descriminating thoughts among this truly alive Nation.
May Allah give them peace in their minds and make them think wisely. If not, Allah please make us get rid of these culprits. May Allah, bring peace and prosperity in Pakistan and we stay united as ONE SINGLE NATION.
I don’t really get time to write much now and try reading blogs I know. Just like that i was going through different blogs and found this_1 and this_2 n this_3 (this post contains more pictures to watch and enjoy the victory) interesting and worth sharing. Hope you like them!
Yup, and this time its our Elite SSG Commandos in action. Its honour to be the part of such forces who are living their lives to protect the borders of Pakistan. I don’t think they need much of the explanations. We all know Pakistan Army is the best and capable enough to beating any other Army of the world.
All those who think, Pakistan is a fail state. Don’t mess with `em. =D =P
Hail Pakistan Army!!

PAKISTAN IS AS SAFE/UNSAFE AS ANY OTHER PLACE IN THIS WORLD! The video clip shows a Pakistan that is largely hidden from the public eye in the West. Without doubt, religious extremism, some decadent Madressahs and violence exist in Pakistan but such symbols are not entirely representative of Pakistan – rich cultural heritage, architectural
This is an effort to show this side of the coin as well.
